Paul Bocuse, who comes from a long line of chefs, continues to uphold the reputation of French cooking. He was elected “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, the most prestigious title for any French craftsman. In 1965 he received the highest recognition for one in his profession: he was awarded the third star by the Michelin guide (which he still holds after more than 40 years) and the supreme award – he was made “Officer of the Legion d’Honneur”. We obtained the license from Paul Bocuse in 1996 and now produce and market a small but highly luxurious collection of wine and cuisine related items. |
